Ross Birkholz
Founder
Ross Birkholz is a Colorado-based real estate professional, investor, and entrepreneur with more than eight years of hands-on property management experience and a lifetime rooted in hospitality and service.
A 30-year Colorado resident, Ross understands the nuances of the local market — from Denver’s historic neighborhoods to growing suburban communities. He has managed a wide range of properties including single-family homes, multifamily residences, and short-term rentals, always approaching each asset with a long-term ownership mindset.
Before transitioning into real estate, Ross spent years as a restaurant owner and partner. That hospitality background continues to shape his approach today: clear communication, proactive systems, and a belief that service and accountability can coexist. He views property management not as a transactional business, but as stewardship — protecting owners’ investments while creating stable, well-managed homes for residents.
Ross founded Majordomo Property Group to raise the standard of property management in Colorado. His philosophy is simple: operate with integrity, lead with clarity, and treat every property as if it were his own.
Outside of work, Ross is an outdoor enthusiast, creative thinker, and dedicated father who believes strong communities are built through responsibility, transparency, and connection.

Creative & Operations Director
Emily brings a unique blend of creative vision and operational precision to the Majordomo team. With a professional background in photography, she has a refined eye for detail and a deep understanding of how presentation, space, and experience shape perception. At Majordomo, Emily plays a central role in both the day-to-day operations and the overall brand presence. From overseeing administrative systems and ensuring smooth internal processes to elevating property presentation and marketing, her work helps create a seamless and thoughtful experience for both owners and residents. Her creative direction informs everything from listing quality to brand identity, while her operational support ensures consistency, organization, and follow-through across the business. Emily’s approach is grounded in clarity, intention, and a commitment to doing things the right way—bringing both structure and artistry to every property under management.
